Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all components that were sent.

Parts that have been tampered with, disassembled, or damaged by improper installation are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at partxpertsusa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
